Move the rear guides toward the near side of
the receiving tray.

For standard size sheets (except for A5 / 5.5" x
8.5"):
Set the backstop and the front guide.
• Position the backstop according to the sheet size indi-
cations on the receiving tray, then move the front
guides up against the stack.

• Place one sheet on the receiving tray, then position
the backstop and support guide so that they just touch
the stack.

• Tab sheets or colored sheets can be used to separate
the collated sets. Load the tab sheets in either the top

or bottom bin

• When the main power is turned on, offset receiving is
selected automatically. To change the receiving mode,
press the finisher/stacker select button.

• If the sheets are not stacked correctly because of static
electricity, move the backstop 10 to 20 mm (0.4" to 0.8")
