Check
The sheets in the bins
are not stacked cor-
rectly.
Check whether the
sheets are bent or
curled.
Check whether the sheet
is stuck on the support
roller.
Check whether the
sheets in the bin are
higher 28 mm (1.1").
Check whether the front
guide is set against the
edge of the stack too
tightly, or too loosely.
Check whether the
sheets are held together
by static electricity.
Check whether the col-
lated sets are leaning to
either side on the receiv-
ing tray.

Check whether the offset
sets are leaning to either
side on the receiving
tray.

Causes and Remedies
Fan and stack the sheets correctly before load-
ing them into the bins.
