own recipe.

Use similar items in the baking tables as a guide.
Approx. 10 minutes before the end of the baking time stated in
the recipe, use a cocktail stick to prick the cake at its highest
point. If there is no mixture stuck to the cocktail stick when it is
removed, the cake is ready.
Next time, use less liquid or set the baking temperature 10 ºC
lower. Observe the specified mixing times in the recipe.
Do not grease the edge of the springform cake tin. After baking,
loosen the cake carefully with a knife.
Place the baking tray in the middle of the accessories, not
directly against the rear panel.
Make small holes in the cake when it is done using a toothpick.
Then drizzle fruit juice or an alcoholic drink over it. Next time, set
the temperature 10 ºC higher and shorten the cooking times or
use the Combination type of heating.
