<2> SIN/COS signal check
Note
• Be sure that the interface unit is turned off before attaching or
removing the probe of the oscilloscope.
• The check pin of the interface unit has little physical strength,
and so use an IC clip or other implement to connect.
(Recommended IC clip: SMG50 grabber clip by Tektronix,
etc.)
• Check that the interface unit is turned off.
• Refer to section for removing and attaching the cover of the
interface unit.
1 Connect the CH1 probe of the oscilloscope to the TP1 (SIN)
and TP4 (GND) check pins of the interface unit.
2 Connect the CH2 probe of the oscilloscope to the TP2 (COS)
and TP4 (GND) check pins of the interface unit.
