Connecting a USB modem

1. Connect a USB modem to a working telephone line.

2. Connect one end of a USB cable to the modem.
3. Connect the other end of the USB cable to the USB port on the G350 front panel.

Test the modem connection

If the modem is successfully initialized, the MDM LED on the G350 front panel lights.

Testing the modem

If you connected a modem, verify that the MDM LED is lit, and then dial into the modem to
check that you can authenticate to the modem.
