FAM stop

FAM starts the follow-up phase and then stops if:
• FAM is in operation
• The 24 V DC is connected through at the input X1/22:
o Signal will only be detected in case of a rising edge – button
o Required pulse duration of at least 2 seconds

After-run phase

1. For FAMs with integrated heaters, this is switched off. The unit
continues the operation for cooling the heater. The remaining cooling
downtime is shown in the display.
a. Duration of the cooling phase: 60 seconds (only for integrated
2. After the cooling phase, or for units without heaters, directly after the
stop signal is completed, the unit continues to runs until the fluid level
"MIN" is reached in the vacuum column.
a. Duration of the emptying phase: maximum 45 seconds
3. The follow-up phase is ended after reaching the fluid level "MIN". The
pumps switch off and the unit is ready for operation again.
