The "Max." switch point in the oil tank of the rotary vane
vacuum pump has been reached. The unit switches to
the reset phase and switches off.
Notification only displays for FAM-5-x-x-x-xx-R-x-x-x-.
Perform the following steps:

Empty the oil tank of the rotary vane vacuum pump until the level
in the sight glass is between "Min." and "Max.". See page 115.
Acknowledge the error.
Start the unit by pressing the F1 key.
The fault is repaired.
If the error occurs again despite sufficient vacuum pump oil in
the rotary vane vacuum pump, check the float switch and then
the PLC.
