Demodulating an FM Signal
RBW =((2 x Frequency Deviation)+(2 x Modulation Rate))
In our case the RBW should be: (2 x 10 kHz) + (2 x 1
kHz) = 22 kHz With 1-3-10 sequence RBW selec-
tions, choose the next highest RBW of 30 kHz:
Press [BW/SWP] > 30 > {kHz}.
7 Turn on the FM demodulator:
Press [SPAN] > {Demod} > {FM ON}.
Listen to the FM audio signal.
Press [SPAN] > {Demod} > {Speaker Vol}, rotate the
knob.
Alternatively you can also use the headphone jack.
