DALI_DEV_IDENTIFY

Description
DALI_DEV_IDENTIFY is used for identifying devices.
If the control gear does not support the DALI command IDENTIFY, this function provides a
light flicker method to identify the device by setting the level to maximum and minimum
alternately.
Note
The output resets, only if both the CANCEL and IDENTIFY are set to 0.
