Fault, cause and remedy

5.1 Fault table

Faults
UV lamps do not switch on when the timer/control is actuated
UV lamps and fan do not switch on when the timer/control is actuated
Decorative lighting does not light
Sunbed gets too hot
One or more UV low pressure lamps do not light
Canopy does not stay in the upper or lower position
Cause
No power
Starter is defective/not plugged in correctly
Filter mats soiled
Insufficient supply and exhaust air
UV low pressure lamp is defective/not plugged in correctly
Low pressure lamp is defective/not plugged in correctly
Life of lamp assembly expired
Lifting mechanism set incorrectly
Fault, cause and remedy
Remedy
Check whether the fuse/FI safety switch is switched on
Change starter/insert correctly
Change filter mats
Check supply and exhaust air
Change the UV low pressure lamp / insert correctly
Change low pressure lamp / insert correctly
Replace lamp assembly
Inform after-sales service
