Removing a material jam

Attention, danger of injury!
Malfunctions on the draw-in elements (e. g. pick-up, draw-in
screws and tine rotor)
disconnection of the control system from power supply (interrupt
electric connection to tractor), when the tractor motor has been
stopped and the ignition key removed!
On machines with cutting device* there is danger of injury by
knives when working in the feed channel. Wear always
protective gloves!

Main drive reversing

RP 405 SPECIAL / RP 435 without HYDROFLEXCONTROL*
If the feed channel jams on machines without hydraulic bottom
door (without HYDROFLEXCONTROL) the main drive can be
reversed manually (Figure 125):
Switch off power take-off shaft.
Stop the tractor engine and take out the ignition key.
Attach turning handle (wrench size 46 mm) and reverse
machine until the feed channel can be emptied.
Attention, danger of injury!
Prior to restart the machine: dismount turning handle and close
all guard casings!
