General Troubleshooting
ISSUE
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Display is blank
Data connection failed
No power
Breaker or RCD OFF
Loose plug or wires
RCD trips
Mis-wired connections
Component failure
Spa pool NOT heating
Spa pool in rest/away/sleep mode
Temp set low
Spa pool doesn't reach

Low jet pressure
Jets closed
2-Speed Pump in low speed
No jet pressure
Air-lock in plumbing
Air Blower emits cold air
Not a fault, this is normal as air

SOLUTION
Switch Spa pool OFF and ON again
Check RCD is turned on
Check plug & wire connections (electrician)
Check wiring is correct & matches diagram (electrician)
Call for service
Change mode to ready/normal mode
Increase set temperature
Change mode to ready/normal mode
Turn jet face anti-clockwise to open.
Press jet button again to enter high speed
Prime pump by pressing jets button on/off 2-3 times in
sequence. Bleed pump by loosening the barrel union
N/A
Power button sits at the top of the docking station, press to
turn on (see page 86 - 87 for more info)
Remove protective case from device & retry
Check for leaking around the UV chamber & replace UV bulb
if necessary.
