Needle bar assy. removal

1. Remove screws 1 (two).
2. Remove the needle bar 1 needle thread block 2, needle bar hook stand
assy. 3, thrust washer and

Needle bar assy. disassembly
1. Remove the screw 1.
2. Remove the screw 2, and then remove the needle thread guide spring 1,
the needle block 2 and the needle bar thread guide 3.
3. Remove the needle thread plate 4 from the needle block 2.

Needle holder shaft block removal
1. Remove the screw 1, and then remove he needle holder shaft block 1 and
the needle holder block 2.
2. Remove the upper unit support plate 3.
