This section shows the considerations for repairing this product.
• When repairing, software and data installed by the customer on the product may be deleted, and the product may be
returned to its default shipping condition. We shall not be held responsible for the loss or damage of content stored within
storage devices regardless of faults, damage, theft during transport, or any other reason.
• When requesting repair, please ensure that you back up all data in advance. When a product is received for repair, we will
work under the assumption that the data has been backed up.
• When requesting backup overseas, ensure that the following software and data is first deleted.
Software subject to export restrictions on its export (encryption software, etc.)
Software or data such as confidential company information
• We assume responsibility for the deletion or destruction of the contents of removable media removed in the repair process.
Note that we will not return any removed media or issue certification regarding deletion or destruction.
