Appendix 9
This section shows the procedure for inserting/removing a CFast card.
Inserted CFast cards are recognized as additional storage of the Windows part. ( Page 106 Storage configuration)
Precautions
• Turn OFF the power supply of this product before inserting a CFast card.
• If a CFast card is inserted while the power supply of the product is on, it will not be recognized.
• Do not turn OFF the power supply of this product or remove a CFast card while file writing to the CFast card. Otherwise, the
data on the CFast card may be corrupted or a file system error may occur.

The following shows the procedure to remove the CFast card.

Open the CFast/BATTERY cover.
2.
Pay attention to the orientation of the CFast card (1),
and ensure that it is inserted straight into CFast card
slot (2).
Insert the CFast card until its position is approximately the
same height as the printed mark on the surface of this
product.
3.
Close the CFast/BATTERY cover until it clicks.
1.
Open the CFast/BATTERY cover.
2.
Press the eject button (1).
3.
Pull the CFast card (2) out straight from the CFast card
slot.
4.
Close the CFast/BATTERY cover until it clicks.
