The safety interlock is disengaged! message appears.

Pull the spring-loaded positioners away from the SCOUT plate and lift it off the deck.

If the SpectroCHIP Arrays will be processed immediately, remove the them from the
SCOUT plate using tweezers and place them in the SpectroCHIP Array carrier for the
Analyzer.

IMPORTANT
If the SpectroCHIP Arrays will not be processed immediately, remove them from the SCOUT plate
using tweezers and store them in a desiccator for no more than two hours.
1.
Remove the microtiter plate(s) from the plate flatteners or holders (depending on the
instrument version).
2.
Store the plate for further dispensing in the future or discard it.
See the user guide for the application being used for the proper storage conditions.
3.
Close the main door.
4.
Tap the HOME button
Wait for the pin array assembly to move to home position (all the way left, forward,
and up).
If calibrant was dispensed, the reservoir may contain excess calibrant after the
dispensing run is finished.
Pipette out any remaining calibrant and return it to the calibrant storage container for
future use. Store the calibrant at -20

Close the main door.
6.
Tap the HOME button in the safety interlock is disengaged! message.
