MassARRAY® Nanodispenser RS1000 v2.1 User Guide
For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.
Recommended Action
Increase dispense speed.
At the desalting step, use a 0.001%
Tween and HPLC-grade water
solution in place of the regular water
addition.
For UltraSEEK panels only: re-
dispense analyte from the reaction
plate onto the SpectroCHIP Array,
i.e., double dispense the analyte
onto the same pads. This increases
the number of analyte molecules,
thereby increasing signal intensity.
Use the final dispensed volume
from the first dispensing run as the
initial volume for the second
dispensing run.
Increase aspirate time and/or
dispense time.
At the desalting step, use a 0.001%
Tween and HPLC-grade water
solution in place of the regular water
addition.
Ensure that the SpectroCHIP Array
is properly seated on the deck.
If that does not solve the problem,
retry with a new SpectroCHIP Array.
Ensure that the recommended plate
type is being used.
Attempt to restart dispensing run.
If that does not solve the problem,
retry with a new plate with a new
barcode.
