Fans can be removed from frame without disconnecting the liquid pumps from the laser cluster. Fans are
secured with 4+4 screws (TX10 M40x41).

18.3.4 Liquid cooling pumps

Remove complete PCB Main Assembly first as described in chapter.
Laser cluster and DMD are cooled by a liquid thermal system. This system is built up by single circuits,
consisting of fan, radiator and pump. There are two such single systems cooling the laser cluster and one
cooling the DMD. A thermal conductive gasket is used between the pump and the cluster ensuring good
thermal connection.
Laser cluster pumps Follow instructions as described above in chapter "Remove the Liquid cooling
pumps on Laser Cluster.", page 123
1.
Remove 6 screws (TX10 M3x6) releasing radiator frame from side frame"Fan Inlet", page 129
2.
Remove axial fans from radiator "Fan Inlet", page 129
3.
Remove 4+4 screws TX20 M4x10 releasing liquid cooling set from frame.

Transfer Bracket Pump Spring from old to new pump.
5.
Remove protective film from new pump
6.
Assemble new pump in reverse order.
