19.1 PCB Main

About
If purpose of the service event is to replace the PCB main, the board may be removed from the unit following
the following described process:

19.1.1 PCB removal preparations

1.
Release 8 screws (Tx10 M3x6 w/Lockwasher), remove PCB Bracket top.
2.
Release 8 screws (Tx10 M3x6 w/Lockwasher) around the edges of the board
3.
Release 2 nylon (plastic) screws securing the center of the board

4.
Remove 4 screws securing the PCB incl. IO bracket to bottom bracket.
5.
Disconnect all cables and gently remove PCB.
6.
Note that the following steps is only valid when the PCB must be replaced. The IO bracket is not a part of the
PCB item number, and must be reused with the new PCB.
Rear IO Bracket must be separated form the PCB and onto the new PCB by releasing the following screws:

7.
Remove 6 screws (Tx10 M3x6 w/Lockwasher) indicated by blue circles in below picture
8.
Remove 6 D-sub screws indicated by green circles.
9.
Remove one (TX10 M3x6) below HDMI connector (red).
10.
Remove 2 pcs rings around SDI connectors.
