Error display
The flow has exceeded the upper limit of
the flow display range.
Fluid is flowing in the reverse direction
by at least -5% of the maximum rated

has exceeded 80 mA.
The switch output (OUT2) load current
has exceeded 80 mA.
An internal data error has occurred.
The accumulated flow has exceeded the
accumulated flow range.
