Capacity of internal memory

Depending on parameter settings (DLXPARA) the individual areas of inter-
nal memory have the following capacity:
Device parameters:
Spontaneous events:
Resets (billing data):
Registration period Tm1: Min.
Registration period Tm2: Min.
where:
No. of bytes in Tmx:
No. of sectors in Tmx:
No. of entries in Tmx:
Due to the composition of FLASH memory devices a minimum of sec-
tors of 65536 Bytes each is allocated to each area (the exception be-
ing the device parameters with 1 sector). When registration period
Tm2 is disabled, no sectors will be reserved for the second periodic
buffer (using 100% for Tm1). The spare sector used for internal sector
management is in this case used for the Tm1 buffer (thus "memory
share for Tm1" is set to 10).

shares in DLXPARA)
