7.3.2. Opening the Project File and Going Online with the PLC
Start CX-Programmer, open the project file, and go online with the PLC.
Install CX-Programmer and the USB driver on your personal computer beforehand.

Turn ON PLC and Digital
Temperature Controller.

Start CX-Programmer.
*If the User Account Control
Dialog Box is displayed at start,
make a selection to start
CX-Programmer.

CX-Programmer starts up.

Select Open from the File Menu.

The Open CX-Programmer
Project Dialog Box is displayed.
Select P704_CJ_CWF_OMRON
_E5CD_V100.cxp and click
Open.
*Obtain the project file from
OMRON.

After opening the project file,
select Programs in the project
workspace.
