The type signs for the pumps in the previous section show theoretical values only.
The pump performance is impacted by the fluid system it is working within, giving the actual pump the following
approximate performance rates (± 5%).

How To Test The Pump Capacity
Testing the pump must be carried out according to the international
standard ISO 16122-2 or later revisions or substitutes hereof.
1. Fill the main tank with tap water.
2. Remove the hose (A) from the pressure side of the pump, which is
the smaller of the two pump connections.
3. Connect your flowmeter and hose here and prepare for leading
the water away to a drain.
Connection to the pump requires special hose fittings - contact
your HARDI dealer for more information.
4. When connected, start the pump at 540 rpm to let the water
circulate the liquid system on the sprayer.
5. Measure the current output on the flowmeter.
ATTENTION! The suction filter / EasyClean filter on the sprayer
must be clean before testing the pump capacity.
The spray boom is raised for easier access to the pump.
