GUARANTEE

10 GUARANTEE
On delivery, check the machine and any loose accessories to ensure that it has suffered no damage due to transport or han-
dling.
Any complaints must be sent in writing to the FERRI company within 8 (eight) days of the date of receiving the machine, enclosing
a copy of the delivery documents countersigned by the person in charge of transport or handling.
The buyer can apply his rights to the guarantee only if the following are respected:
■
the clauses in the supply contract;
■
the general guarantee conditions, indicated on the coupon "General Guarantee Conditions", filling in all the parts and signing
the DELIVERY CERTIFICATE.
For the replacement of parts of the machine the customer must use exclusively authentic spare parts, supplied directly by FERRI
or by authorised dealers.
When ordering spare parts, specify the data listed on the machine identification plate, in particular:
1) series
2) year of manufacture
3) serial number
FERRI ensures the spare parts for a minimum period of 5 years from the end of production of the series.
10.1 Cancellation of the Guarantee
THE GUARANTEE IS NO LONGER VALID WHEN:
■
the fault is due to errors in manoeuvring;
■
routine maintenance has not been carried out, or has been done in a technically inadequate way or by insufficiently trained
personnel;
■
the power limit of the machine has been exceeded;
■
spare parts are used that are not authentic and at any rate not supplied or authorised by FERRI;
■
the instructions given in this manual have not been followed.
