SAFETY RULES
3.5.1 Maintenance safety
When leaving the operator's positon always follow these good safety operation:
)
turn off to the machine;

lower the machine to the ground;

set the parking brake;
C
)
stop the engine and remove the key.
D
Support the machine with blocks or safety stands when working beneath it.
Keep service area clean and dry.
Be sure electrical outlets and tools are properly grounded.
Use adequate light for the job at hand.
Use only tools, jacks and hoists of sufficient capacity for the job.
Never work on frame, blades or under the machine unless the tractor engine is off and driveline is disconnected.
Make sure all guards are in place, properly secured and in good condition when maintenance work is completed.
Never wear ill-fitting, baggy or frayed clothing when working around or aon any of the drive system components.
Before applying pressure to a hydraulic system, make sure all lines, fittings and couplers are tight and in good condition.
Relieve pressure from hydraulic circuit before servicing or disconnecting from tractor. Disconnected all calbles from battery
of the tractor if it's necessary some welding operations. Keep hands, feet, hair and clothing away from all moving and/or
rotating parts.
Clean the area of bystanders, especially children, when carrying out any maintenance and repairs or making any adjustments.
Periodically inspect all moving parts for wear and replace when necessary with authorized service parts.
Do not weld or repair rotating mower components welds and other repairs may cause severe vibration.
Never work under the machine or any lifted component unless the machine is securely sup-
ported or blocked up to prevent sudden or inadvertent falling which could cause injury or
even death.
DANGER
Never remove material, repair or attempt to lubricate the machine while it's in motion or while
tractor engine is running.
WARNING
During use, maintenance, repair, handling or storage of the machine, the operator must wear safety footwear,
overalls, safety gloves and, if necessary, earmuffs and a dust mask.
Use a ladder or raised stand to access high spots which cannot be reached from ground
level. Slipping and falling can cause serious injury or death.
Do not lean the ladder against the machine.
