ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Every 8 hours, systematically perform the following checks and adjustments:
Tighten bolts and nuts
Check wear and condition of flails
Check the safety guards
Grease the parts marked with the special
decal (FIG. 7.1)
Every 50 hours or every mounths, systematically perform the following checks and adjustments:
Check the lubricant level
Make a visual check of the frame and
arms to identify the presence of any
breakages or damage
Every day, grease all the pins, the bearings and the trunnions.

In the event of long inactivity, repeat these operations before using the machine again.
■
Use grease such as GR MU EP/2 (classification DIN 51825 (KP 2 K)).
