4.2.2 Closed circuit
Proceed as follows:
Raise the cutter bar with the aid of a lift (for the lifting points, see par. 4.1).
Bring the cutter bar close to the plate at the end of the arm.
Secure the cutter bar with the four screws (1)
Stop the engine, engage the break and take off the key.
Make sure that there is no pressure in the hydraulic system. Discharge any pressure by using the respective controls.
Connect the pipe (A) for the input 'IN', the pipe (B) for the output 'OUT', and the pipe (C) for drainage 'DR' as indicated in FIG.
4.4.
To disconnect the cutter bar, proceed in inverse order.

4.3 Field operation
Before starting, the operator has the responsability of being familiar with all operating and safety procedures and following
them.
Each operator should review this section of the manual at the start of the season and as often as required to be familiar with the
machine. When using, follow this procedures:
preparation, operation and safety procedures of the machine before putting it into use (see par.3.3, 4.5, 6.2 and 6.3).
hooking up procedure of the machine to the tractor (see the maintenance and use manual of the machine).
installation procedure of the PTO shaft.
transport and road procedures in conformity with local regulations (see par.3.2 and 6.5).
operative procedures relative to start-up and work (see par.6.2 and 6.3).
Starting:
Run the tractor engine at low idle. Place the machine in working position on the ground with the command lever on the
tractor.
Slowly engage the PTO lever to start the rotor.
Slowly bring throttle up and start moving tractor at 1-2 km/h
Never exceed rated speed.
Once PTO is engaged and tractor RPM's are low, start driving ahead and gradually higher RPM.
