The top blade doesn't

CAUSES
Hoses incorrectly connected
Control not connected
Main valve calibrated lower than the con-trol
reversal valve
Broken seals on hydraulic ram
Incorrect end stroke adjustment
Excessive oil flow
Worn blades
Incorrect blade position
Loose bolts and screws
The hydraulic ram goes to the end of its stroke
Hydraulic system needs to be checked
System without heat exchanger
Verify connections
Connect control
Contact specialised workshop
Replace seals
Adjust end stroke
Calibrate valve
Contact specialised workshop
Replace the cutting blades
Check integrity of blades and their assembly
Tighten bolts and screws
Adjust end stroke
Have it checked in authorized workshop
Fit heat exchanger
