Changing the fluid needle

1.
Loosen the screws ( Fig. 13/1).
2.
The optional needle stroke setting ( Fig. 13/9) or the cover cap are under spring ten-
sion.
Turn the optional needle stroke setting or the cover cap ( Fig. 13/9) slightly clockwise and
take it off.
3.
Remove the spring amplifier ( Fig. 13/8) and compression spring ( Fig. 13/7).
4.
Unscrew one screw ( Fig. 13/1) and screw it into the control piston ( Fig. 13/5).
5.
Use the screw to pull out control piston ( Fig. 13/5) together with the piston guide (
Fig. 13/6), the O-ring, ( Fig. 13/4) and the fluid needle ( Fig. 13/2).
6.
Check the condition of the slotted ring ( Fig. 13/4), replace if necessary.
