e. If there are any file systems shown in /etc/vfstab that are still configured as
physical devices, and if you wish to build those file systems on AP
metadevices, edit /etc/vfstab and reconfigure those file systems as AP
metadevices.
Caution – You must be a knowledgeable system administrator to edit
/etc/vfstab. If you do not configure your file systems properly in /etc/vfstab, it is
possible that you will loose data the next time you boot the domain.
f. Reboot the domain.
9. On the SSP, unshare the CD-ROM drive, and remove the Sun Computer Systems
Supplement CD.
ssp# cd /
ssp# unshare /cdrom/cdrom0
ssp# eject cdrom
Upgrading to AP 2.2 and Solstice DiskSuite 4.2
Simultaneously
If you are upgrading from the Solaris 2.5.1 or 2.6 operating environments to the
Solaris 7 11/99 operating environment and have AP 2.0 or 2.1 and Solstice™
DiskSuite™ 4.0 or 4.1 (SDS) on your system, you must upgrade to AP 2.2 and SDS
4.2.
You should ensure that you have the following publications before you start the
upgrade:

in your Solaris 7 11/99 Media Kit)
Solaris 7 11/99 Sun Hardware Platform Guide, (available in printed form in your
