3. Prepare the CD-ROM.
a. Log in to the SSP as superuser.
b. Insert the Sun Computer Systems Supplement CD into the CD-ROM drive of
the SSP machine.
Wait for the volume manager to mount the CD.
c. Share the CD-ROM so that it can be accessed over the network.
ssp# share -o ro,anon=0 -F nfs /cdrom/cdrom0
4. Upgrade AP on the SSP.
a. Kill the ap_ssp_daemon process.
b. Remove the package SUNWapssp on both the main SSP and the spare SSP (if
you have one) by using the pkgrm(1M) command.
c. Install the AP 2.2 SUNWapssp package on both the main SSP and the spare SSP
(if you have one).
ssp# cd /cdrom/cdrom0/Product
ssp# pkgadd -d . SUNWapssp
d. Start the ap_ssp_daemon (on the main SSP).
ssp# init q
5. Remove AP from the domain.
a. Log in to the domain as superuser.
b. Create and mount the /cdrom directory.
# mkdir /cdrom
# mount ssp_hostname:/cdrom/cdrom0 /cdrom
