Warnings concerning Logistics and Transport
The following warnings should be taken into consideration when receiving a
CAPENERGY device in order to be able to activate the legal warranty and / or proceed
to lodge the corresponding complaint to the transport agency in case the device has
suffered damages during its shipment:
1. Upon reception of the CAPENERGY device please check if the package received is
in perfect state. If not, please contact the provider / transport agency by telephone or
by writing in order to lodge the corresponding complaint. This has to be done within
48 hours after the reception. The same procedure should be observed when installing
the device.
2. When receiving the shipment, please write the following on the delivery note: 'Goods
received, pending inspection', to make sure you have time to check the entire device
during its installation.
3. Within 7 working days after the reception of the device, it is mandatory to send the
manufacturer a copy of the 'Certificate of Installation and Delivery', in order to activate
the legal warranty.
4. If the manufacturer does not receive copy of the 'Certificate of Installation and
Reception', any intervention of the technical service will be charged to the client.
5. The original 'Certificate of Installation and Delivery' (not a copy) has to be signed and
sent to the following address:

6. In case technical assistance under warranty is required, before shipping the device to
the manufacturer, please carefully read the indications and prescription on how to do
this. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE MANUFACTURER ACCEPT
DEVICES THAT DO NOT INCLUDE THE CORRESPONDING ACCESSORIES
(electrodes, active and passive plates, etc... as corresponding to the CAPENERGY
model at hand)
7. The 'Breakdown Notification' form should be sent along with the device and the
accessories to identify the device. Make a photocopy of the corresponding appendix
of this User manual, fill it in by hand and sign it, in order to proceed to the repair of
the device.
8. In case you send the device through a transport agency, please pack the device with
care (we recommend you keep the original wooden box) and send it sealed on a
pallet exclusively. The device travels at the client's risk and expenses. Make sure the
sender's details are clearly identified as well as the destination. Once you've signed
the pickup note, please send a copy of it to us by email so we can track the parcel
and make sure it does not get lost or delayed.
