6. The warranty does not cover defects caused by negligence or lack of adequate care
during use due to the non-observance of the instructions detailed in this manual, be it
because of incorrect maintenance or any other circumstance that is not caused by
manufacturing defects.
7. The manufacturer cannot be held liable for damages to persons or objects derived
directly or indirectly from the lack of observance of all the prescriptions detailed in this
manual and specifically in regard to the use and maintenance of the device. The
guaranty does not provide, in any case, for the compensation of damages, of any
nature, suffered by persons or objects.
8. The warranty will become invalid and technical assistance will only be provided at the
customer's charge, in the following cases:
In case the buyer is unable to present the warranty certificate;
In case the device has been given an inappropriate use;
In case the serial number has been erased, tampered with or eroded;
In case the casing of the device has been opened up by unauthorized
personnel;
In case the device has been manipulated, even if only partially or only one of
its parts or components.
9. In case of assistance under warranty, all the costs and risks derived from the
transport of the device are at charge of the customer.
10. In case the technical service does not detect any manufacturing defects, all costs
derived from the revision will be at charge of the customer, even if the device is still
under warranty.
11. The warranty conditions cannot be modified by any other written or oral agreement.
12. Assistance under warranty can only be carried out by the manufacturer or certified
personnel specifically authorized to do so by the manufacturer..
13. We recommend you periodically revise your devices once the warranty period has
come to an end. We recommend you have this check-up every two years in order to
assure the correct working and efficiency of the device and its accessories.
