The consumable items (membranes and protecting sleeves) that enter into contact with
the patient's body are subject to normal wear and tear and have a guarantee of 6 months
following the purchase only if they have not been used, have not been subject to
manipulations, interventions or modifications by unauthorized personnel and have not
been used in a negligent way.
The warranty is limited to repair free of charge and the replacement of those parts in
which Capenergy Medical, S.L.'s technical personnel detects possible manufacturing
defects.
This warranty does not cover parts, accessories or consumable goods subject to use
and/or wear and tear due to normal use or those parts, accessories or consumable
goods damaged due to an incorrect use or maintenance.
Repairs derived from mechanical crashes, natural catastrophes, defects in the electrical
installation or improper use are not covered by warranty. Any kind of manipulation,
maintenance and / or repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel will automatically
invalidate the warranty..
5.8 OBSERVANCE OF THE WARRANTY CONDITIONS FOR
THE BUYER
1. The buyer commits to verifying the correct state of the merchandise within 24 hours
after reception.
2. Possible damages occurred during transport must be communicated immediately in
writing to the transport agency that has made the delivery as well as to the sender.
Anomalies and/or damages caused by transport are never covered by warranty.
3. The warranty is activated when the certificate of installation, duly signed by the
customer and the seller, is sent to the manufacturer. Failure to present this document
will mean all repairs and revisions of the device will be charged correspondently (will
not be free of charge), even within the period of warranty.
4. The warranty does not cover accessories subject to wear and tear (active and
passive plates, cables, electrodes, etc.) Nevertheless, if the customer detects and
informs about any defect in the accessories in a period of 30 days after purchase, the
accessories will be replaced by new ones prior return to the manufacturer of the
defect items.
5. The device has to be sent to the manufacturer / distributor in its original packaging. In
case the shipment is made by a transport agency, the wooden box has to be secured
on a pallet.
