Control by power
The output power is established as a percentage of the maximum power by using
the INCREASE / DECREASE power buttons of the corresponding channel. This
can only be done when the device is in WORKING status.
Control by temperature
In this mode, the user establishes the desired temperature value. The device
automatically regulates the power necessary to reach and maintain this
temperature, measured by the sensor of the active accessory.
This mode only functions in those channels that have accessories with
temperature sensors. Channels with sensor-less accessories connected to them
will function by power control.
The temperature value is established by using the INCREASE / DECREASE
temperature buttons of the corresponding channel.
Indications of the applicable temperature value
For guided treatments, there are three possible temperature options with the
following parameters:
1. Athermal: Corresponds to a power output of 50% with a minimum
generation of heat, indicated for those pathologies where the application of
heat is counter-indicated, especially in acute processes.
2. Moderate thermal: Corresponds to a power output of 75% with a
moderate generation of heat.
3. Frankly thermal: Corresponds to a power output of 100%. The patient will
perceive a strong thermic sensation.
