Upgrading configuration with bootloader mode

Procedure
1. Make the PDU accessible through the USB port.
a. Navigate to device Configuration > USB Settings.
b. Select Enable USB Access.
2. Upload the configuration.
a. Copy conf.ini to a USB drive.
b. Insert the USB drive to the PDU.
c. Enter the USB mode in the OLED display.
d. Select Conf up.
e. After the operation is complete, remove the USB drive.
f. Exit the USB mode.
