If the Infinea X mini is not responding properly, refer to the table below for possible causes:
Problem
iOS device will not sync to iTunes.
Swipe gestures not detected by iOS device.
Audio playback not heard from front speakers.
Audio playback not heard from rear speakers.
iOS device does not charge.
Troubleshooting—Barcode Scanner
If the Infinea X mini is not scanning barcodes properly, refer to the table below for possible causes:

Scanner does not power on.
No barcode data or partial data
returned during scanning.
Unable to perform multi-scanning.
Unable to hear scanner beep.
Unable to scan certain barcodes
