STRUZIONI PER I USO
A 3.4 Allestimento dei portastrumenti
Il LIFEtime può essere utilizzato con uno o
con due portastrumenti.
Sui portastrumenti possono essere applicati tre
strumenti a turbina SONICflex (purché siano
stati ordinati i corrispondenti attacchi),
strumenti INTRAflex oppure manipoli o
contrangoli.
Le turbine, i manipoli ed i contrangoli devono
essere applicati sugli attacchi.
Dopo l'accoppiamento si deve
controllare che gli strumenti siano
stati bloccati mediante lo scatto della
camma.
Per sbloccare i manipoli ed i contrangoli si
deve premere il pulsante @.
Per la manutenzione degli strumenti
SONICflex nel LIFEtime è necessario un
dispositivo dell'olio #, No. di ord. 665 0601.
Questo dispositivo serve a prevenire un
accumulo di olio nello strumento.
Impiego:
Inserire fino all'arresto il cappio del
dispositivo dell'olio # tra il corpo
oscillante £ ed il carter fi del SONICflex.
A 3.5 Modifica degli attacchi sui
portastrumenti
Sono disponibili anche attacchi speciali per
turbine, manipoli e contrangoli di altri
fabbricanti, nella misura in cui questi
strumenti siano omologati per la pulizia nel
LIFEtime.
Per cambiare gli attacchi si deve svitare il
dado a risvolto " dal portastrumenti.
Rimuovere l'attacco ed inserire quello
prescelto. La posizione dell'attacco è
determinata da due denti a perno. Riavvitare il
dado a risvolto.

A 3.4 Utilisation des porte-
instruments
L'autolaveur LIFEtime peut être utilisé avec
deux porte-instruments ou un seul porte-
instruments.
Les porte-instruments peuvent recevoir (à
condition de commander les accouplements
correspondants) trois turbines, des
instruments SONICflex, des instruments
INTRAflex ou des pièces à main et des
contre-angles.
Mettre en place les turbines, pièces à main
et contre-angles sur l'accouplement.
Une fois les instruments mis en place
sur les accouplements, contrôler qu'ils
ont bien encliqueté.
Pour retirer les pièces à main et les contre-
angles, appuyer sur le bouton-poussoir @.
Un dispositif d'huile #, réf. 665 0601, est
nécessaire pour l'entretien des instruments
SONICflex dans le LIFEtime. Ce dispositif
empêche une accumulation d'huile dans
l'instrument.
Mode d'emploi :
Mettre en place la boucle du dispositif
d'huile # entre le corps oscillant £ et le
carter fi du SONICflex jusqu'en butée.
A 3.5 Modification des
accouplements sur le porte-
instrument
Des accouplements spéciaux pour turbines,
pièces à main, contre-angles et instruments
d'autres fabricants sont disponibles, dans la
mesure où ceux-ci sont homologués pour
l'entretien dans l'autolaveur LIFEtime.
Des accouplements spéciaux pour l'entretien
séparé des têtes sont également disponibles.
Pour remplacer les accouplements, desserrer
l'écrou " sur le porte-instruments. Déposer
l'accouplement et le remplacer. La position
de l'accouplement est déterminée par deux
goupilles. Revisser l'écrou.

PERATING NSTRUCTIONS
A 3.4 Placing instruments on the
instrument carriers
The LIFEtime can be operated with two or
only one instrument carrier.
Three turbines, SONICflex instruments,
INTRAflex instruments or handpieces and
contra-angle handpieces can be placed on an
instrument carrier if the required couplings
have been ordered. Turbines, handpieces
and contra-angle handpieces are to be
plugged into couplings.
Verify that the instruments which
have been placed on couplings are
properly latched in.
Press button @ to release handpieces or
contra-angle handpieces.
Maintenance of SONICflex instruments in
the LIFEtime requires an oil device #,
order no. 665 0601. This device prevents oil
from collecting in the instrument.
Application:
Insert the oil device loop # between the
oscillator body £ and the housing fi of the
SONICflex all the way to the stop.
A 3.5 Changing couplings on the
instrument carrier
There are special couplings for turbines,
handpieces, contra-angle handpieces and
instruments from other manufacturers which
have been approved for maintenance in the
LIFEtime.
Couplings for head maintenance are also
available.
Loosen the union nut " on the instrument
carrier to change a coupling. Remove the
coupling and install another coupling. The
position of the coupling is defined by 2
pins. Replace the union nut and tighten.
Tighten the union nut firmly!
