Error Codes and Troubleshooting

The electronics of the equipment continuously carries out tests. In case of deviations, an error code
appears on the display and normal operation is stopped for your safety.
ERR 1
1.
Check the cable connection between the display and the motor controlling unit.
2.
Turn off the power supply for a couple of seconds. Should the error still occur, contact your
contract partner to have the cables changed.
ERR 2
1.
Erratic speed – check all cables of the console for correct connections.
2.
Check the cable connection between the display and the motor controlling unit.
3.
Turn off the power supply for a couple of seconds. Should the error still occur, contact your
contract partner.
ERR 4 / ERR 9
1.
Error of the incline motor – Check all cable connections of the incline motor for correct assembly.
2.
Turn off the power supply for a couple of seconds. Should the error still occur, contact your
contract partner.
ERR 5 / ERR 6
1.
Overload – Turn off the power supply for a couple of seconds, then turn it back on.
2.
Should the error still occur, please lubricate the running belt.
3.
Turn off the power supply for a couple of seconds. Should the error still occur, contact your
contract partner.
ERR 7
1.
Invalid system parameter – Turn off the power supply for a couple of seconds. Should the error
still occur, contact your contract partner.
ERR 8
1.
Check the IC Chip (EPROM) of the concole and make sure, that it is in the right place.
2.
Check that the connection pins of the IC Chip are not bent.
3.
Turn off the power supply for a couple of seconds. Should the error still occur, contact your
contract partner.
