To make automatic measurements

1. Press [Measure] > Source .
2. Select the signal, math waveform, or reference waveform to measure. Only those waveforms
that are displayed can be measured.
If a portion of the waveform required for a measurement is not displayed or does not display
sufficient resolution to make the measurement, the result will display "No Edges", "Clipped",
"Low Signal", "< value", or "> value", or a similar message to indicate that the measurement
may not be reliable.
3. Press the Type softkey and select a measurement to be made. You can also touch the "+" in
the Measurements sidebar dialog to open the measurement type menu.
4. The Settings softkey will be available to make additional measurement settings on some
measurements.
5. Press the Add Measurement softkey or push the Entry knob to display the measurement.
Cursors are turned on to show the portion of the waveform being measured for the most
recently added measurement (bottom of the display). You can change the measurement for
which cursors are displayed by touching the measurement in the list and choosing Track
With Cursors or by selecting the measurement in the Cursors Menu.
6. To turn off measurements, press the [Measure] key again. Measurements are erased from
the display.
7. To stop making a measurement, press Clear Meas > Select Measurement , choose the
measurement to clear, and press Clear Selected Measurement . To stop making all
measurements, press Clear All .
After all measurements have been cleared, pressing [Measure] will return to the default
measurements of Frequency and Peak-Peak.
