    Instrument Software Installation The instrument software, which includes the soft front panel (SFP), device drivers (IVI-C and IVI.NET), and documentation for the M940xB and P939XA products, must be downloaded from Keysight's website. Contact Keysight Support at www.keysight.com/find/assist. Use the following procedure to install the software: 1.

    Connecting the P939xA Instrument USB Two steps are required before connecting the P939xA instrument USB. The computer or PXIe embedded controller must have two items installed: 1. This will also be required again if the surrounding conditions change. This can be done through the SFP, or by toggling the unit’s standby switch, or by cycling external power.
