FULL WINDSHIELD (CLIP-ON TYPE)

Clip-on type windshield is used on vehicles with tubular
struts. Windshield is secured to front strut with tube
clamps, sleeves and grommets.
Tool List
Plastic faced mallet...................................................... 1
Wrench, 7/16" .............................................................. 1
Phillips screwdriver...................................................... 1
Remove protective covering from the windshield (1).
Insert isolator grommet (2) to small hole located in cen-
ter of the windshield. Fix the tube clamps (3) on the front
strut and align the existing holes on windshield (1) with
tube clamps (3) as shown.

Insert fastener grommets (4) into large holes and insert
sleeve into the grommets. Insert pan head bolt (5)
through washer (7), fastener grommet (4) and existing
hole in the tube clamp (3) mounted on the front strut.
Secure with washer (7) and lock nut (6). Do not over-
tighten the fastener grommet (4).
Qty.
Place grommet (8) at bottom of the windshield as shown
and press the sleeve (9) starting at the grommet, onto
the front strut so that it snaps into place.
Repeat for other side of windshield.
