Oven
Oven is controlled by the func on knob and the temperature control knob.
Cau on!
When selec ng any hea ng func on the oven will be switched on only a er the
temperature has been set by the temperature control knob.
Possible se ngs of the oven func on knob
Bo om and top heaters on
Se ng the knob to this posi on allows the oven to be heated
conven onally.
Circular Heater Fan
At this func on, allows the oven to be hea ng up in a forced way with the
thermofan, which is in the central part of the oven chamber.
Hea ng the oven up in this way permits even heat circula on around the dish in the
oven. The advantage of this hea ng method is:
Reduc on of overhea ng-up me and of the ini al hea ng stage.
Possibility to bake at two cooking levels simultaneously.
Reduc on in the amount of fats and juices coming out of meat dishes, which
results in an improvement in taste.
Fan (Defrost)
At this func on, the fan only works. You can cool the dish or the oven
chamber or defrost food.
Fan, grill element
The oven ac ves the grill top heater and fan func on. In prac ce, this
func on allows the grilling process to be speeded up an improvement in
the taste of dish, you should only use the grill with the oven door shut.
Oven Lightening
By se ng the know to this posi ng the ligh ng inside the oven is
switched on
Top element on
(Full/combined grill)
When the "combined grill" is active enables grilling with the entire top element.
This function allows a higher temperature at the top of the cooking area, which causes more
intense browning of the dish and permits larger portions to be grilled.
Warning!
• When using the Grill function it is required that the oven door is closed.
• When the grill is in use accessible parts can become hot. It is best to keep children away
from the oven.
