The Konica Minolta Solutions Support Division SSD is pleased to announce the formation of the National
Solutions Group, which is solely dedicated to providing technical assistance for Solutions in the form of Pre-
sale, Installation and Post-sale support.
NSG is an integrated team comprised of both regional field specialists and subject matter experts working in
our Windsor-based labs. The mission for the NSG is to offer the highest, most efficient level of Solutions
Support, and to do so on a national level.
In addition to offering World Class integration services, NSG has the ability to escalate both internal and
external customer issues directly to our various Solutions vendors as well as Konica Minolta, Inc., Japan
whenever necessary. The NSG team is prepared to provide callers with efficient phone support, remote
support and field support with a higher level of expertise. Our goal is to provide a top-flight solutions integration
experience for our dealers and branches and, most importantly, your customers.
Additionally NSG has established a faster and easy communication channel, using a new toll free number
dedicated for Solutions only. The toll-free NSG number allows callers to have access to a highly trained
Solutions Support Advisor. If your solution is contractually supported by the vendor, your call will be routed
directly to them.
