This bulletin supplements Bulletin #8277 dated 2/28/12, describing the many improvements to One Stop Product Support.
Since its introduction in February, 2012, the One Stop Product Support page has undergone many changes to
make it easier to use and to provide access to a broader array of resources. As a result, One Stop has
become much more of a single point of entry to obtain relevant information to help you support Konica Minolta
products. Following are some of the most significant changes.
HOW DO YOU WANT TO FIND INFORMATION?
One Stop is designed to make it easy for you to find the information that you need. Understanding how One
Stop is structured can help speed you to the resources that will best meet your needs.
Technical, by Model
If you're not sure about the model, you can select a product Category, and then pick your model from the list
presented.
If you are thinking about a particular model, you'll appreciate the new
Search box.
If you know the model number, just type it – or a portion of it – into the
Quick Search
box. When you click the arrow or press enter, you'll be
presented with a list of models that meets your criteria.
Click on the model, and then start selecting information from the pick lists
that follow. This is a quick and easy way to narrow your search.
