• Beeper Frequency: Select the frequency of the beep that the Bluetooth
CHS emits to indicate good scans, power on/off, connection/
disconnection, etc.
• Good Scan Beep: Select to have the Bluetooth CHS beep to indicate that
data was successfully decoded and transmitted to the smartphone.
• Good Scan LED: Select to have the Bluetooth CHS LED turn green to
indicate that data was successfully decoded and transmitted to the
smartphone.
• Reconnect Retries: Select how many times you would like the Bluetooth
CHS to try reconnecting to your smartphone in case they become
disconnected.
• Reconnect Interval: Select the amount of time you would like the
Bluetooth CHS to wait between reconnect retries.
4. After entering your settings, select OK.

1. In the main screen of SocketScan, select Options | About.
2. A screen will display the SocketScan version number. If the Bluetooth CHS
is connected, the Bluetooth CHS firmware version will also be reported.
