Analyzer cabinet problems

Problem

Cause
Solenoid valve plugged
Accumulation of hydrocar-

Gas cooler malfunctioning

or sampling line damaged

Solution
Untie sampling line on both ends of the sole-
noid valve and carefully clean the valve from
both sides with compressed air
Untie sampling line from solenoid valve before
cleaning the complete line with compressed air
from the top of the stack to the black / plugged
end
Check function of the gas cooler. If not work-
ing, see above "Sample gas cooler problems"
Replace the water trap
Pt100 broken, needs to be replaced by service
personnel
Temperature controller needs to be replaced
by service personnel
