Disassembly Instructions

• Unlock the padlock with
the operating key.
• Using a 2.5 mm "allen"
key, remove the threaded
pin (10).
• Remove shackle (4)
and spring (3).

• Take key out.
• Slide out core (9),
making sure to carefully
set aside the spring-
loaded parts
(5, 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15).
