Service Instructions Disassembly - NE10L, NE12L, NE14L; NE10H, NE12H, NE14H • Remove bumper (6). Use flat screwdriver to remove slotted head screw (7). • Unlock the padlock with the operating key. Service Instructions Assembly These assembly instructions are intended to walk you through the assembly process, starting with the padlock disassembled. If you start dismantling an assembled lock, please refer to the next page for instructions on removing the security pin. • Insert the shackle (8) into lock body, hold the padlock body (5) upside down.

• Insert cam limiter (2), ensuring that it engages with the protrusion of the activator (3). • Insert the cylinder (1) into its place, making sure that the key will be at it’s removal point when the padlock is locked. • Insert the cylinder holding screw (7) into its place. • Insert security pin (6) as described on the next page.
Security Pin Disassembly/Assembly instructions • Unlock the padlock with the operating key. Use a Phillips screwdriver to unscrew cylinder mounting screw. The cylinder is still held by the security pin. • Once the screw is out, use a punch and drive in the pin, which will fall into the cavity above the cylinder. The cylinder can now be removed, and you can recover the pin for re-assembly.
G-47 & G-55 Extreme weather cover • Disassemble padlock and remove shackle. • Slide plastic body cover over padlock body.
