Manual Calls
Manual calls allow you to connect to the Online Server in order to retrieve new infor-
mation (rate tables, slogan or messages) or to set new ordered options (scale ca-
pacity, number of departments...).
You will be instructed to use this function when rates change.
You can trigger a call to the Online Services server from the user menu as well as
from supervisor's.

' Synchronize' Call
This type of call is only for executing on request from your Customer Service.
This call updates all the automatic call schedule of the machine and the options (see
Options and Updates p.141).
As user:
Press and type
> Online services > Generic call
The mailing system connects to the server and downloads
the available elements (rates, slogan,...).
Check your mailbox for messages: see Using the Mailbox
p.153.
As supervisor (see How to Log in as Supervisor p.116):
